Ratings and reviews

3 stars only for car experience. Had a very good experience renting cars. Luckily, the cars and the hosts were so good. The process is really smooth. But no customer care. Zoom cars don't have customer care numbers, which makes it hard to reach out for any issues. The ticket is raised for the issue in the app, and no one connects. The app was behaving weird. When I opted for home delivery, I still had to pick up and drop off.

Positives : App experience was amazing. Tons of payment options to pick from. App was very intuitive. Negatives: The customer service is non existent. You cut a ticket with them, you can be sure that you won't get any response. But they will create a ticket for same sake. I am an international customer and I made the booking from united states. I made booking for IST time but it booked in PST. What a badly made product!! Now I had to spend 200 more to reschedule. Pure BS!!

The application is very smooth and has added some really good features for hosts recently. However, I have a few suggestions 1. Please add a dashboard with monthly/weekly earning analysis. 2. Guest messages should pop up on the screen; currently, we need to open the inbox to check, which delays response time. 3. Cancellation communication should also come via WhatsApp or email, as we don’t get notified if a guest cancels unless we open the app.
