Ratings and reviews

DO NOT USE. Dreadful customer service, which apparently very much tolerates overcharging. Don't rate them well straight away because some of the car agents they use may well fail to repay your security deposit after a month (which is wrong to start off with!) and these people couldn't care less. £100 down the drain and no useful response. When I asked how to make a complaint, I got sent a feedback form by link in email, which they closed before I could reply. That was it. Manuel, you're fired.

Don't book through this app. I have booked through this app and i met very worst experience Iam not getting my security deposit refund. both DC and rental provider charged 2 times full coverage insurance. I complained this,& because of this am not getting security deposit refund. Now its more than 1 month. The customer care taking cery casual response. They saying since one month waiting for rental provider response. If they not responded i will not get my money or not. Loss of money

It's my second review of DiscoverCars For the first one I put 1 star (few years ago), as I paid for reservation 100 eur and missed reserved car because of flight delay. Later DC reached to me and reimbursed this amount (even I was not right, I had to contact company I will be late). These days renting company charged me 444 eur for a very small scratch happened on a very old car (not sure how it appeared), and because I was covered by DC insurance - I got it back just in few days. Well done!
