Ratings and reviews

The few good features are eclipsed by the overwhelming number of fake & scam profiles, many AI generated, more than I've ever seen in any other dating app. Their market penetration is minimal, which renders the distance settings meaningless and the long-term, discounted subscriptions of little value. There's no clear difference between Zoosk+ and Zoosk Premium, and you can't find clear answers about that anywhere. A waste of time and money.

They updated the app recently, changed the format. Since, it's been an absolute mess although it was slowly becoming junk anyway prior. Don't waste your money. It literally shows 3 people online at one time in my area. Have requested a refund and they are doing everything possible not to provide. Requested less than 24 hours after ordering a subscription and all I get is the run around. Now I'm out almost $100 for a six month sub that is useless. Currently can't even get into the app.

Update: there's no point using this app as nothing works. honestly I don't know what to do with it at all. Far too many profiles of women with a phone number scribbled on top of their pictures, obviously phony. Also far too many unverified profiles which end up being phony. I could go on and on but I'll leave it at that. You (zoosk) should be able to filter the scribbled phone number profiles out and require at least a two-way verification.
