June 29th 26 update they closed the app for half the day to do an upgrade and it says to go to the Play Store to do the upgrade and there is no upgrade there and now I can't open the app. Good job Zoosk Somebody hacked into my account so they froze it and told me I wouldn't get any money back. I would have to create a whole new account and they would give me one month free. Thanks a lot

the new zoosk app is terrible. you can't see who viewed you, you can't get notifications if someone sent you a message. there is an option for the message plus that allows you to get more matches, more spotlight picks and other features that you don't actually get. zoosk used to be a decent app, but the upgrades make it seem to fake and not at all fun to use.

Update: there's no point using this app as nothing works. honestly I don't know what to do with it at all. Far too many profiles of women with a phone number scribbled on top of their pictures, obviously phony. Also far too many unverified profiles which end up being phony. I could go on and on but I'll leave it at that. You (zoosk) should be able to filter the scribbled phone number profiles out and require at least a two-way verification.
