It's great...when it works. The dashboard on my computer never fails to notify me when an incoming chat request comes in. But there are many times when the mobile app doesn't notify me at all. I only notice it later when I check my phone. If it wasn't for this, I'd rate this 4 or 5 stars. I've used it a lot for many chats, and the chat functionality itself is great. Because of this, I wish that Zopim also sent an SMS notification like some other chat service providers do.

Notification is asleep Whenever some one enters my site , i have to open zopim app to get notifications ! or it wont notify me (i checked the settings also)
