It's great...when it works. The dashboard on my computer never fails to notify me when an incoming chat request comes in. But there are many times when the mobile app doesn't notify me at all. I only notice it later when I check my phone. If it wasn't for this, I'd rate this 4 or 5 stars. I've used it a lot for many chats, and the chat functionality itself is great. Because of this, I wish that Zopim also sent an SMS notification like some other chat service providers do.
Hi zopim, this used to work perfectly on my HTC desire eye, but I upgraded my phone to Samsung galaxxy note 4 and I am missing quiet a few inquires as I do not recieve the notifications. Can you please resolve the issue?
We need it to be as functional as the web version. Responsiveness (in term of speed), visualization, visitor list and maybe pop-up chat. We do not need the function to customize the widget on the app, but we do need it to be a Whatsapp version of Zopim. We want the comfort of communication with our costumer with Zopim just like using Whatsapp, Messanger or Viber.
Wonderful on desktop but lacking in mobile Zopim is superb but on mobile there is no feature of sorting visitors And mobile version is missing so many other great features as well.

Notification is asleep Whenever some one enters my site , i have to open zopim app to get notifications ! or it wont notify me (i checked the settings also)
