I dont like it The last update was awful. Everytime I leave the app it log out.
Great app Should make it where I can send pictures as I am in the online shopping business and a picture quotation is what I send my customers over the computers.
Very helpful application I m using this application for post 4 months and if it's very useful to chat with my my customers and clients even when I am away from my computer system

It's great...when it works. The dashboard on my computer never fails to notify me when an incoming chat request comes in. But there are many times when the mobile app doesn't notify me at all. I only notice it later when I check my phone. If it wasn't for this, I'd rate this 4 or 5 stars. I've used it a lot for many chats, and the chat functionality itself is great. Because of this, I wish that Zopim also sent an SMS notification like some other chat service providers do.
