About this app

Zorin Connect provides functionality to integrate your phone and your computer:
• Sync your phone's notifications with your computer
• Browse photos from your phone
• Get notifications for incoming phone calls and messages on your computer
• Reply to messages from the Zorin OS desktop
• Share files and links between devices
• Use your phone as a remote control for your computer
• Send a command from your computer to ring your phone to help you find it

The app seamlessly connects your computer and your mobile device over your local network, securely with RSA encryption. Your data stays private and never reaches us or the cloud.

Please note you will need to have Zorin OS 15 or newer installed and have enabled Zorin Connect on your computer for this app to work.

The following permissions can be granted to enable core functionality in the app:
• SMS & MMS - To view and reply to SMS & MMS messages on your computer
• Phone & Call log - To get notifications for incoming calls
• Contacts - To display which contact is calling or sending messages
• Storage - To browse and send your phone's files to your computer
• Accessibility Service - To receive mouse input from other devices

Certainly, I like this app. I'm using the Wiko u307as with Android 9. The following issues are current: file transfer is occurring only in one direction from the laptop to the mobile. The volume on the multimedia control does not work. In addition, the play button does not allow the user to resume when the video is paused. Let's see about fixing those issues and then there will be five stars. Thank you

Impressed with the performance. Feature Request: it will be great if you introduce a feature that will allow mobile client to trun on hotspot on the laptop and connect to it automatically without touching the laptop. And allow Computer client to crate and connect to mobile hotspot similarly. Also, please add an option to stop zorin connect from mobile. Exiting the app don't stop the app. Sometimes I don't want it to connect to the PC. Thanks 😊

Great app!! I really love the remote PC input. is there any way/plan to add game controller functionality? if that was added that would be an easy 5 stars. really love zorin. by far my favorite Linux distro. keep up the good work!!
