The worst app ever. I never comment on any apps I have downloaded, but for this one I make an exception. I paid twice, TWICE!, for premium packages. But yet I couldn't open it and I keep getting kick out from the apps. Please don't buy the rights to any sport match if you can't make sure your apps work properly.

When I first subscribed to Vision+ app, the catch-up TV feature was available for all channels, including foreign ones. I could watch my favorite shows whenever I missed them. Later, it apparently became limited to local channels. This morning, I contacted the customer care and they said that the feature now is NO LONGER AVAILABLE AT ALL, even for local channels. WTH? Other OTT apps still offer this feature, so I’d stop using this app if it weren’t bundled with my Indosat Hi-Fi subscription. LOL

Just like a scam. not user friendly, not very easy to use, very difficult to operate. When you buy a package, the intended stream is very difficult to open. loading takes a very long time and the desired stream doesn't appear. However, when you click back, the audio streaming appears without a video display. this keeps repeating itself.
