Clunky. You have to log out of the phone app to not have it ring at your desk and on your phone at the same time. There should be an option to turn off ringer. There should also be an option for it to only go to your phone if you set the desktop unit to forward. It also ignores Do Not Disturb by vibrating when a call comes in. What part of "Do Not Disturb" is confusing to Zultys?

Wow. First message in the app and this thing has crashed twice, the input lag from typing was so bad I couldn't position my cursor. It's gotta be poorly optimized too. the back of my phone got hotter than any other app I use and it started tearing through battery life. I have to have this for work, but... there's a lot to be desired as far as basic functionality this far in. 😂 I'm leaving an extra benefit of the doubt star for now but highly considered leaving only one.

can only tap one voicemail and then need to clear it from memory and then open it up again to listen to the next voicemail. I've logged out and logged back in, clear the cache. thing is barely updated, clunky

What’s new

Mobile ZAC 2.1 includes improvements to call group call handling, faster logout times, improved synchronization between ZAC Desktop and Mobile, and fixes that deliver a more reliable calling and messaging user experience, along with this enhancement:
• Mobile Network Calling: Place outbound and receive inbound business calls over your mobile carrier network. This setting can enable clearer audio and more reliable call performance in locations with weak or unstable internet connectivity.
