Mobile ZAC allows remote and mobile employees to manage business communications while utilizing the same tools as Zultys Advanced Communicator (ZAC) and our browser-based Web ZAC. We bring significant cost savings and reliability to our customers by including our mobile app with every user bundle for every Zultys system.

Feature Overview:
• Support for AI Tools: Real-time closed captions, real-time sentiment analysis, and live transcription with searchable post-call transcripts.
• Mobile Network Calling: Place outbound and receive inbound business calls over your mobile carrier network.
• Department Filtering: Quickly filter company contact list by department or sub-department, and hide system services like auto attendants and call groups.
• Single Sign-On (SSO) Support: SAML SSO has been developed and tested with Entra ID and ClassLink, with the potential to support other identity providers such as Okta, Duo, Auth0, and OneLogin.
• Inbound and Outbound SMS and MMS for Call Group Agents: Agents in Operator, ACD, and ICC groups can send and receive SMS and MMS messages.
• Web Chat for Call Group Agents: Agents in Operator, ACD, and ICC groups can now receive real-time message notifications from website visitors and respond.
• Video Conferences: Easily host or join a conference, whether it’s for a group or one-on-one. Choose from three different modes to match your preferences: Speaker, Grid, or Pin an individual user.
• Scheduled Conferences: Now users can view, join, and schedule conferences directly from the mobile app.
• Call Logs: You can view complete phone call records and review the call history. Easily find the exact information you need with new filter and sort options.
• Emojis: Elevate your conversations with native emojis.
• Call Attached Data: Accessing and completing Call Attached Data while on the go is now easier than ever.
• Retrieve Call: Move an active call from one device to another quickly and effortlessly. This feature gives you flexibility and an uninterrupted call experience.
• Agent Roles & Queue Monitor: Agent roles and queue monitor have now been added for call center functionality on the go.

Until they fix getting notifications from muted chat groups this app is almost unusable. I'm constantly getting notifications. Our company has many group chats, and I'm in the majority of them. I have most of the chats notifications disabled, which works fine on the desktop Zac client, and also worked on the old version of the app, but in this app I get a buzz and a ding every single time anything is messaged.

Clunky. You have to log out of the phone app to not have it ring at your desk and on your phone at the same time. There should be an option to turn off ringer. There should also be an option for it to only go to your phone if you set the desktop unit to forward. It also ignores Do Not Disturb by vibrating when a call comes in. What part of "Do Not Disturb" is confusing to Zultys?

Wow. First message in the app and this thing has crashed twice, the input lag from typing was so bad I couldn't position my cursor. It's gotta be poorly optimized too. the back of my phone got hotter than any other app I use and it started tearing through battery life. I have to have this for work, but... there's a lot to be desired as far as basic functionality this far in. šŸ˜‚ I'm leaving an extra benefit of the doubt star for now but highly considered leaving only one.
