I'm not sure exactly what's going on but I've had this app for years and I never had an issue. However now when installing the app it takes quite a bit of time to download. After downloading the app again it will not open. Then I uninstall the app & re-download it. Then once again it will not open. I have no issues from any other apps I have installed. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks you! (SAMSUNG NOTE 10 +)

Not what I was expecting. Neighbors have the same app, told me what to get and I got it. All was good for the first day. The camera did what it was supposed to, the app alerted me and all and now no alerts, no pictures the app freezes and does not
