App has a lot of great features. Unfortunately it doesn't work. I bought the scooter and used the app to fiddle with a few things, found out the scooter was faulty and I had to get it repaired. After I got it back the app won't do anything. It says it is connected to the scooter but I can't change any settings or do literally anything that the app is supposed to do. Tried restarting scooter, reinstalled app, everything I can think of. Nothing works.

The app has been crashing for OVER A MONTH NOW. Ever since the December 11th 2025 update I have been unable to open my AovoPro escooter app. Every time I tap the app it briefly launches but crashes within 5 seconds, typically on start up. I am upset they have not done a rollback to a prior working version, much less a fixed version of this update in the month they have had to do so. This means: I CAN NOT LOCK MY SCOOTER, I CAN NOT ADJUST SPEED SETTINGS, I CAN NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY ANYMORE.

1st impressions of this particular "APP", also being the very APP I had been told to download and use. All went as usual right until the download finished, I tap to open the app, but literally it just opens it full screen for 2 seconds, (only showing the APP logo icon) and then closes itself. I tap to re-open, exact same thing happens.Even went in and checked all the "APP settings" were correct, BUT STILL NOTHING! HELP? thanks
