App has a lot of great features. Unfortunately it doesn't work. I bought the scooter and used the app to fiddle with a few things, found out the scooter was faulty and I had to get it repaired. After I got it back the app won't do anything. It says it is connected to the scooter but I can't change any settings or do literally anything that the app is supposed to do. Tried restarting scooter, reinstalled app, everything I can think of. Nothing works.

this app used to work perfectly fine but then recently I clicked on the app and it automatically closes once I try to open it. I have updated my system software, I have deleted and reinstalled the app multiple times, I have 50gb of space, so I don't know what the issue is? please help to resolve this issue.

when I first got the app it worked like a charm heck yesterday when I used it the app was working fine then suddenly today when I was ready to do a stop to lock my e-scooter the app would not open. the moment I clicked the app it would kick me out right away. please fix this issue. I've Uninstalled and installed the app countless times and it would still do the same thing.
