My achievements in the game haven't been updating, and I've been stuck on the same level for years! I've sent multiple emails to support but haven't rec'd helpful response, leaving my progress completely stalled. (Yes I've cleared cache) I can’t even collect coins properly. When I do spend coins for help, the letters highlighted often don't form correct words, which is incredibly frustrating.

Not what it used to be, at all. Quite an ad-infested hellscape. Worse in that regard than many other free games I've played for sure. Guaranteed you'll spend more time being held visually hostage by the worst fake ads you've ever seen than you will spend actually playing the game you downloaded. There's so much junk in this app, and the other non-classic varient is even worse somehow. The cherry on top is that you can pay $10/month for an ad-free experience, which is just dubious.

Started with 5 stars but, now the game has changed AGAIN. NO NOTICE or directions. There is no longer a challenge to EARN power ups..NOW U WANT US to PAY for them!! I have been playing for appx. 6 or 8 years, every day. Now...there is NO reason to try anymore because the only rewards are minimal coins and a neverending chance to get another color tile!! YAY. I PREFER TO BUY (WITH MY EARNED COINS) the power ups and have the ability to SEE the other options I earned! Like the Better to play
