Suddenly stopped allowing access to app. Have had no issue with app. Every week I reboot the ISP and multy connected. Last reboot states that the service is not available and to try later. It gives the appearance my account in mycloud has been deleted or disabled. The WiFi system still runs I just do not have any management capabilities, even after hard reboots to the primary multy.

I have just got a Zyxel Multy X set of 2 pieces, while the wifi and its coverage is simply amazing and exceeded my expectations, the application is downright terrible. I have tried multiple brands before but can easily say that this is the worst wifi management app out there. It's extremely slow, every action takes forever, interface is confusing, it lacks a lot of functions. Please give us another app or a firmware that enables a web interface for the mesh system!

This is the worst possible app for accessing your Zyxel network appliances. It is slow, has only fancy icons to indicate that something is wrong, but no indication what might be the problem and most of the time it doesn't startup. Very dissatisfied of this app and no way you can access the appliances from a ssh shell or webinterface. Never by Zyxel or any other network product which can only be controlled by an app.
