The Nebula Mobile App offers a fast approach to network management, providing an easy method for device registration and an instant view of real-time network status, which is particularly suitable for small business owners with little to no IT skills. The Nebula Mobile APP provides you with the necessary tools to monitor and set up your networks. For a full network administration, we recommend to use the Nebula Control Center web portal. Sign-in to Nebula Control Center with a social account (Google/Apple) works with Chrome or Edge browsers; Firefox is not supported.

Important: this software has been built specifically for mobile use. For tablet use, it is recommended to access Nebula website https://nebula.zyxel.com/ through web browser instead.

how could a company invent such a horrible process that takes automatic control of new routers and then forces the owner to create an account with them, install their app, sign up for a 'trial account', and then still not provide the basics such as the router's password?

It doesn't have a proper login mechanism, every 1 month it shows easy installation screen ... then after login it sends an new activity email...

App Works Great so far, love my Zyxler Access Point.
