It was good until the "update". Now i can barely see my usage. It says loading for a few minutes then error. I used to be able to add a budget and see my usage in color code to see if i am meeting my budget. This has been removed appearantly. I wish you would go back to how it was. Even when i was able to see my usage post upgrade, i was only given the option to see kwh or cost but no budget tool or color coding like before. Update was actually downgrade :/

You MUST have your correct account number (which isn't the number on the bill). You MUST have your correct zip code and email address. Call your local office to verify your information if you are unable to sign-up. The app is elementary and has no historical information and no graphing functions.

Unusable. Every since they updated the app I can't even log in. It says "an error occured." I haven't been able to access the app for several months now. Fortunately, their website works fine.
