UNINSTALLED & definitely not a 'must have' app due to clumsy UI & buggy operation. The app seems to be implemented using much of the website UI and functionality. The website is similarly clumsy but generally reliable (hint: use the website). The outage map is a great thought, but not terribly reliable in either the app or the website. Some of the app's map controls remain overlaid on multiple pages instead of being cleared when the user leaves the map page.

Three stars because historically, I've never had an issue with this app - I've always been able to log in, see my usage, see trends, pay my bill, etc etc. I don't know if they issued an update for the app recently or what, but I am not able to log in at all now... super frustrating! I'm going to have to find an alternate way to pay my bill - here's hoping the website and/or calling in yields better results...
