Not very user friendly. App doesn't do a good job explaining how to use it, and how to get things done on it. Needs to be an English language version also. For example, I was told at the Movistar store I needed money in my wallet to pay for paquetes, instead of just being able to purchase paquetes with my credit card. The app did not explain that process. I should be able to purchase paquetes with my credit card as well as a wallet balance.

la aplicación no ha estado funcionando durante 2 días seguidos, alegando que está en mantenimiento, la función de recarga en línea tampoco ha estado funcionando. cuando la aplicación funciona, es útil para verificar sus saldos, pero a menudo esta en matemeniento the app has not been working for 2 days straight now, claiming that it is under maintenance, the online top up function has also not been working. when the app works it is useful to check your balances, bit it's often under maintenance.

After registering, I was sent an unencrypted email containing my own password in plaintext. The developers of this app do not know what they are doing with respect to security: don't trust the app with any information you wouldn't want to be public. Since that includes payment information, the app is not useable for its primary purpose: topping up an account balance.
