It's probably just me, but I couldn't renew my pre-paid plan either on the web or with the app. The web kept on claiming that it was down for maintenance. The app gave error messages just saying to go to a store. I was also confused by a zero balance when I knew I still had time and data remaining.. (This is just feedback, I don't need a reply.)

Not very user friendly. App doesn't do a good job explaining how to use it, and how to get things done on it. Needs to be an English language version also. For example, I was told at the Movistar store I needed money in my wallet to pay for paquetes, instead of just being able to purchase paquetes with my credit card. The app did not explain that process. I should be able to purchase paquetes with my credit card as well as a wallet balance.

07/27/22 It's been 3 months and I still can't use a credit card to add a balance to my account, I have to go to a store to do it. Usage details are always incorrect. So stupid. 03/2020 Wouldn't allow me to add funds THEN after 12 hours it let me add funds but wouldn't let me buy a package ... THEN it wouldn't show me my account info for about 2 days. THEN had to go to Movistar NOW they want me to contact them... which I already did. Hace 7 meses y todavía tengo problemas
