While booking a tatkal ticket, the app used to be very good, but recently from the last two weeks, while booking tatkal ticket, first I get the error message "Unable to process the request" next it gets logged out. We get the same thing again and again. It's very frustrating experience! as we would be having many dependent plans based on the ticket. Please fix the issue at the earliest.

Very bad experience. Been trying to book tickets for last 3 days but it keeps saying "user disabled". Also contacted customer service but got no response. It's just a waste of time. Customer helpline service is also very bad. They disabled my ID without any reason. I have sent multiple mails and also talked to the representative, finally all efforts are futile.

It is a good application, but it lacks during tatkal booking. Whenever tatkal ticket booking starts, it takes a long time to fetch, but when it's done, the next problem is that it shows some available seats, but when you complete all the details after that, when you review the journey, it shows that there is a there is a waiting list or that it's not available.
