Night screen or Night Shift mode app main goal is to reduce the brightness of your screen lower than you can achieve with the default settings. Night Shift mode applies an overlay filter that acts as a dimmer to darken the screen. It helps to avoid headache and eye pain in a dark environment or at night.

Night Screen or Blue Light filter is a Material Design app which can protect your eyes from being hurt by screen, creating a mask at the top of screen in order to make screen darker. Night Screen app can solve the problem that the lowest brightness is not low enough in some devices.

This app has many issues. Firstly, it does not always cover the entire screen, so sometimes part of the screen is really bright. Other times it will randomly shut off and make me reopen the app in order to make it work again. Lastly, it won't let me use some apps while this app is in use, such as Google Play. Also, the app itself has many spelling errors in-app, which is annoying.

Used it for a couple of days and I love it. It does not force dark mode on apps. Instead, it does better by giving a general filter on your phone that is customizable and smooth. It FEELS good.
