I schedule a route for a taxi for the next day to go to my job. Next day a minute before the scheduled time they cancelled my order. Unprofessional, distrust from the first time that i used this service. Don't advertise something that it will not be functional! Either they don't answer to my complaint email.

The fact that taxi drivers don't accept short trips because of the fee it's enraging. I have made 6 attempts to get a taxi, no one accepts, great app.

I think we can't really rely on Cabcy. Not yet. Availability of drivers is not spectacular so you can't really rely on them if you have a meeting and have time contraints. The driver can cancel at the last second. Or they can refuse the trips that are close-by because they do not make a lot out of it. I made an order this morning and the driver showed up one hour before so I had to cancel. Moreover the taxi I took refused the payment by card as I had chosen on the application. Still chaos.

Hello, thank you for the detailed feedback. Indeed, due to high demand for taxis now it's not always possible to find one when you need it, we are working on improving this situation. Regarding the card payment, the most common case is that a card provider requires additional verification to approve the payment, hence the payment didn't go through.
What's new
We’ve released a number of features. The Wallet is a built-in payment source that allows customers to pay for the ride quicker. It can be topped up with the card or the top-up codes before the trip and used to pay for the trip later. The Follow my ride feature allows a passenger to share their location during the ride with anyone they trust. The Voice Over feature allows people with visual impairments to easily use the app. The UI was also updated to make the user experience smoother.
