Very disappointing service. I had a taxi booked in advance, but the booking was cancelled at the exact time I was supposed to be picked up, leaving me stranded and having to find alternative transport at the last minute. On other occasions, the final fare was consistently higher than the price shown in the app, which makes it difficult to trust the quoted prices. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

If youre in a hurry make sure you call your taxi at least an hour early cause some drivers accept an order while doing other or are way farther from your location. Canceling an order will cost you 5 euro. The service is nice but the waiting is way too long. We almost missed our flight because the driver that was assigned asked us if we can wait 20 minutes longer... TLDR: Waiting for arrival is longer than estimated. Some drivers are irresponsible. All the rest is well managed.

I booked a cab 30 minutes in advance for a 20:30 pickup, only to stand in the cold and receive a notification at 20:32 that my order was canceled because no drivers accepted my ride. What’s the point of this service if it’s so unreliable? In the end, I just called a traditional taxi company, and they arrived within 10 minutes. Very disappointing experience!
