Tried to save numerous times. Bad gateway!! The TAN code comes in a message. A 6 digit number. Instructions say it is an 8 digit number!!! How the hell are we supposed to do this? Waste of time!! After a lot of time trying to put my info into the app it finally accepted it and now the pass is on my phone and working like it should.

Dear Sue, Please can you visit www.eudcc.gov.cy and generate a new Covid certificate. A new TAN will be provided. There is also an option to import it directly to the CovPass application with a button labeled "Import to CovPass" under the QR Code. We have also published a manual here: https://wiki.eudcc.gov.cy/en/COVPASS_Android_EN.pdf

Downloaded app. Error saying couldn't rec the device. Erased and installed again...same result. And scanning bar quote???? Y since u can easily fo by entering personal details? To scan u need 2 devices available thus letting ur personal info on another device...maybe not yours. Weird! Thank u

Please make the fingerprint scan an optional security and force a password instead. In that way more devices will be supported and less frustration to users with dirty or wet fingers! Add info buttons of were to find the QR and Tan in the istalation process instead of searching it in the documentation of the app. I don't know if this was fixed, but I couldn't add more than one covid pass.
