I'm new to meditation, I should say, that calmio is a good entry point at least. I meditate inconsistent unfortunately, but I prefer to use calmio programs, when possible, it just ads this nice guidance feeling and gentle timer (programs are timed usually around 10 minutes). I'm the beginning I used introduction army courses, which are great if you just have started. Now I have bought subscription to use various nature sounds (as I said, I'm using them as a gentle timer)

Our kids love the app. It helps them get asleep, to throw all worries away.
