About this app

The ČSOB Smart Key will make it easier for you to log in and confirm payments in internet banking, as well as card payments in e-shops, or remote verification when calling the Infoline or a bank branch. You don't have to wait for a confirmation SMS and then rewrite the code from it. With the Smart Key, notifications will pop up immediately and you will confirm the request with a fingerprint or numerical PIN.

Ratings and reviews

Trying to change phones, using the activation with another smartkey just gives error "something went wrong". It does not state what went wrong and now it is not possible to activate on website.

I got blocked by the bank for no reason, then as part of unblocking I had to update the smart key app to this v 3.18.0. It gets stuck during activation - the activate button does nothing just spins the hourglass. The older version 3.10.0 worked fine. The bank staff says the only option to fix this is to upgrafe my phone. I figured it's more economical to change the bank... These banking/key apps are a nightmare, plus not any more secute than sms, but I guess they need to genetate jobs.

Application crashes every time I attempt the verification / activation process... Various crashes at multile steps od the process. Final crash with the selfie validation. Impossible to finish the process. Multiple attempts failed.
