You are not a client yet? It is not a problem, you can become one right in the app – opening a current account takes only few minutes.

7. Here you may manage your insurance contracts, report an insurance event and monitor its handling progress. You can also find here your insurance documents, such as your Green Card.

Ratings and reviews

This thing is literally crashing every time I open it, sometimes it manages to crash whole android UI 🤷‍♂️. I have no idea how it is even possible to make such a buggy app. The app itself is probably decent but I won't give it more than 1 star until you fix crashes. Cmon it's 2026...

Most bug filled banking app I've ever had to use. Technical support is Ai slop. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Broken features...No support from CSOB. Even when you switch the app to English language, several of the screens (The "book an appointment" screen for example) are still displayed in Czech language only. The "call me" feature only works with Czech telephone numbers. If you have an English telephone number listed as your contact number...you can't get a call from CSOB. (I did try reporting this in-app but they just told me to contact my branch). Plus- Setting up regular payments is a nightmare.
