With ČSOB Smart you have the whole bank and insurance company in your mobile.

You are not a client yet? It is not a problem, you can become one right in the app – opening a current account takes only few minutes.

Trash app. I want to create a savings account but 1) the app keeps opening a screen with what it deems dangerous and I can't go past it, 2) then it crashes, 3) when I do get past it, I fill in the info, go to next screen, again some dangerous apps I have and then bam, again the screen where I put the information but now without the phone number, 4) then again the screen, but now all the info is gone, 5) ok, I give it the last chance, I continue and then bam "Oops, something went wrong" 😂

This app was perfect some years ago, then it started to be more and more slow until the last two updates where it became unusable at all, just keep crashing ! I need to use the internet banking from my pc at home. Will soon need nvidia gtx3050 to use this app.

New interface is more-or-less okay but I still miss setting in waiting payments where I would set a date (usually before my salary comes) to really see how much is going to be paid yet (till I get it). I have some regular half-year payments which are obviously present there but makes no sense to me to see what I will pay if few months. Update: In my second bank account in Air bank I can set the future payments' amount needed till certain date (till my salary) so I guess ČSOB could have it too.
