The app is pocket trainer to the gym.You can train your traning plan and record your completed workouts. It's usefull for begginer or advanced exercisers.
The application allows you to write exercises, series, repetitions, and maximum load weights. You can find more than 130 exercises with pictures and descriptions how to traint the each exercise. You can create your own traning plans or practice the plans they already have.
If you practice honestly, the application will reward you. You will get new levels for more rewards. You also have the opportunity to view the history of trained exercises, statistics of trained plans, experience, levels and your body information.
