About

UROsoft is a mobile application for patients with lower urinary tract symptoms. Do you go often? Do you have an urgent urge to urinate? Do you have to walk at night? The UROsoft application contains a whole range of aids that will help your doctor better detect your health condition and effectively rid you of problems associated with urination.

The application offers you a whole range of tests - micturition diaries and questionnaires. For all these tests, we recommend repeating them continuously. This will allow you and your doctor to better evaluate the development of your health.

What is a micturition diary and how to fill it out?

The Urination Diary is a diagnostic tool based on accurate recording of urine output and fluid intake. It is advisable to keep a diary for several consecutive days. When entering urine, you determine the time of urination, whether urination occurred (and, if so, for what reason), how much urination was forced and the volume of urine. As part of your fluid intake, you record the time, type of drink and volume.

Questionnaires are standardized sets of questions. The individual questionnaires differ in the monitored areas. We recommend consulting your doctor, who recommends filling in the questionnaires. If a specific questionnaire contains a verbal evaluation, keep in mind that the aim of the questionnaire is not to establish a diagnosis or a treatment recommendation, and the result does not replace the professional clinical judgment of a physician.

How to work with the application?

After a short registration , you can log in to the application. On the main page you are offered the option to create a micturition diary or fill in one of the available questionnaires. The main test is the micturition diary, which we recommend keeping for at least two days. In the diary, you record all urination and fluid intake. The application also allows you to share all your records with any email address. Through the sidebar, you can not only search for a doctor, find out information about his workplace (address, opening hours, etc.), but you can also share your records with this doctor. Graphs and other outputs are presented to the user in a clear form.
