Worst experience Have been using Data king for a while now but this experience is so annoying how can I fund my wallet and received a mail from monify but wasn't reflecting in my account and I messaged their rep on WhatsApp and even sent a mail and even called the number, no response that's bad, this is a working application, you should have an online representative even on weekends or are you saying we can't use your app on weekends cause I refuse to experience this anymore. Refund me please

I wanted to buy data I was debited but wasn't credited and this is the second time this is happening. I tried calling customer service the number is not going and I messaged them but I wasn't replied. This app is a scam. The start out good but after they'll stop giving you what you want 🤬🤬🤬

I sincerely did not expect this form the app I'm so disappointed I subscribed for 5gb 9mobile since on Friday 24th/05/2024 uptill today I've not received my data ND my money has left the data king app nd I called the dataking CEO nothing has been done to it ND yet called him again still switched off his phone This seriously frustrating ND annoying... ND u can't tell me is 9mobile that's having problems cos I bought same amount of data from another person using another app nd I got the data imm
