About this app

The validity of the COVID digital certificate can be checked via the application.
Official application of the Republic of Bulgaria, developed by the Ministry of Health, for verification of the EU digital COVID certificate.
The application allows for validation of:
• vaccination certificate;
• certificate of illness;
• certificate of negative result from NAAT or RAT test.

In addition, the application allows for the validation of a certificate for:
• illness proven by a laboratory rapid antigen test;
• presence of antibodies proven by a laboratory test.
The certificates are valid on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.

COVID CHECK BG performs verification by scanning the QR code from the certificate or certificate. The result of the verification is a visualization of the validity of the certificate or attestation.

The application does not store a COVID digital certificate.
The application does not store a certificate of illness or the presence of antibodies.

The app is very unreliabIe. Don't use it. I give the lowest available score for this unreliable app. The app scanner is very unreliable. Every little shake out of perfect position results in failed scan and errorneous results. I use top tier phone Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra, the pnone is based on android 11, i applied the latest updates to my phone and camera app. I hope developers fix it asap.

Up until this morning the app would always fail. Now suddenly it started working, regardless of the stretched image and orientation of the QR code. Not sure what was causing the issue in the first place and if it will appear again, but currently it is working just fine for me.

This app doesn't work at all. I tried on different phones and still the same error. It said "error unsuccessful scan" this app is useless. I've deleted it. The same is for the site his.bg is only able to be open from Bulgaria so you can't validate the certificate. Totally useless system.
