About this app

Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) affects up to 25% of the western world's population and can result from excessive storage of fat in liver tissue. The most common reason for storage is an unbalanced lifestyle.
The NASHorn app of the Goethe University Hospital in Frankfurt am Main was developed to provide health-conscious users with scientifically sound information about the disease pattern of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD). In addition, NASHorn is intended to help users to shape their own lifestyle as healthily as possible.
Functions such as the Self-Assessment and the daily challenge can be used to record weak points in everyday life and work out minor lifestyle changes. The app reminds you to implement these changes regularly and can thus help you achieve greater well-being in everyday life.
All data entered is recorded exclusively on your smartphone and is completely deleted by removing the app.
