Ratings and reviews

This is the worst dating app I've ever used and extremely expensive! The majority of my "matches" contain no photos. I don't even know if they are real profiles. Then I get matches from other states. I'm not interested in a long distance relationship. It has nothing to do with my settings either. I paid for a premium subscription and have already cancelled the renewal. Complete waste of time and not at all worth the money. Save your cash and try another app instead.

A frustrating service. I often get matches without photos and there is no option to eliminate these matches. One match emailed me but when I clicked on 'return email' I got a list of matches -no link to that person. There is no way to get questions answered from customer care ...just a list of FAQ. I tried to download the App to my laptop thinking that might help, but cannot find the App anywhere in my system. I've been on the Premium service for about 10 days and want to cancel, but don't know if the money I paid will be pro rated. If you look for a number for Elite Singles, the only contact is in Berlin. Maybe I'll call my credit card company to dispute the charge.

Feels like a scam. This app has virtually no filters to screen people you might be interested in dating. It has a selection to sort by age or height or distance. I set my preferences on my android phone and on my laptop, but it doesn't matter b/c each and every time the it resets to the default settings. Very frustrating. Oh, my introduction statement and profile pic was rejected with no explanation why. Again, it feels like a scam.
