kontina is a newly developed medical device for the treatment of symptoms associated with an overactive bladder (OAB). The app supports you in reducing your symptoms yourself and regaining your quality of life. The program is currently being scientifically evaluated for its effectiveness. If you yourself suffer from the consequences of an overactive bladder with or without urinary incontinence (unwanted loss of urine) and are looking for a therapy program with a holistic approach, you can register for the study. The application offers acute help with an urge wave and provides long-term support for a positive change in health-related behavior. Participation in the study is free of charge. After a successful application to take part in the study, you will be assigned to either the intervention or the control group. If you are in the intervention group, you will receive an activation code and can use the app to its full extent immediately. Participants in the control group receive access to the app after a waiting period of only 12 weeks.
