I am “AOK NAVIDA” – your digital health assistant from AOK PLUS and AOK Baden-Württemberg. No matter whether you are looking for ways to stay healthy or need support in getting healthy - I am always there for you. Receive individual health offers from your AOK and selected partners. Together we navigate to a healthy everyday life.

✔️ Symptom check: Check your symptoms with Docyet's symptom check and receive possible diagnoses and recommendations for action.

✔️ Information/advice telephone: Get expert advice on all your health questions around the clock.

✔️ Doctor search: Thanks to the doctor search, you can find suitable doctors in your area and save them directly as favorites.

✔️ Video consultation*: The video consultation from our partner almeda is your online doctor directly via your smartphone. It is quickly and easily clarified in advance whether the clinical picture is suitable for remote treatment.

*The function is currently only available in Saxony and Thuringia.

REQUIREMENT
In order to be able to use the app to its full extent, you must be insured with AOK PLUS or AOK Baden-Württemberg.

You will also need your access data for the online portal “My AOK”. Don't have your login details yet? You can easily register in the “AOK NAVIDA” app.

SECURITY
Your data is protected in the best possible way - as a statutory health insurance company, AOK is obliged to do this. When data is collected or stored, it is done so anonymously.

ACCESSIBILITY
The AOK attaches great importance to making the app as barrier-free as possible.

Habe die App eigentlich immer ganz gerne genutzt. Wollte sie jetzt auf meinem neuen Handy aufsetzen. Fehlermeldung: Ich bin nicht alt genug um mich einzuloggen??? Als Mittdreißiger sollte das aber eigentlich kein Problem sein, insbesondere wo es doch auf dem alten Handy ohne weiteres funktioniert... Vermutlich also mal wieder ein Bug. 😔

Videosprechstunde funktioniert nicht, der letzte Bütten "abschicken" löst nichts aus, mehrfach probiert. (Einwandfreie Internetverbindung und aktuellste Version)

Hallo Jan, entschuldige bitte die Unannehmlichkeiten mit der Videosprechstunde in unserer NAVIDA-App. Bitte prüfe Deine Internetverbindung und aktualisiere die Applikation. Da funktioniert noch einiges nicht, wie es soll. Ärgerlich. Und wäre bei gescheiten Testverfahren aufgefallen, so offensichtlich sind die Bugs. Die Bugs sind bereits adressiert und die Entwicklung hat schnell Besserung versprochen. Da es aber elementare Funktionen sind, war ich genervt genug, bereits jetzt eine Rezension zu schreiben.
