About this app

The bike bonus app for your employer's bike bonus portal.

In order to be able to use the app, your employer must participate in the radelbonus system.

location determination
The app needs access to the location (GPS data) in the background. You can enable this setting in the app settings of your mobile phone and revoke it at any time. The location determination (also in the background) is required, and to be able to record your bike tour and to evaluate it for the bonus payment from your employer. The app checks whether the location data at the start or end of the tour corresponds to the immediate surroundings of the workplace in order to classify the kilometers you have cycled as a "business trip".
Since the app does not necessarily have to be active in the foreground during the bike tour (e.g. because navigation apps are running in the foreground), background release of the location data must be allowed.
In principle, location data is only recorded by the app during a running tour.

About the APP
With the radelbonus app, you can easily record your bike tours and automatically transfer them to the radelbonus employer portal. The app shows your monthly cycled tour kilometers and the required kilometers meet your employer's bonus program. The app distinguishes whether you end or start your journey at work (business trip) or whether you are traveling in your free time.

You can select driven tours in the list view and view the driven route on the map.

Hints:
- Your employer must participate in the cycling bonus system.
- Approval for the use of the GPS location data is required in the app in order to be able to record the tours
- The date, the kilometers and the type of tour (business / private) are transferred to the employer. No location information will be forwarded.
