RECIPES - READY FOR THE NEW E-RECIPES
Upload a photo of your prescription directly in the app and complete the pre-order process, we will order the medications prescribed on it if necessary. As soon as all the medicines are available from the pharmacy, we will have them ready for you to collect. Please remember to take the prescription with you when you pick it up.
Have you received a new e-prescription? Then you can scan this directly in the app using the 2D code. As with ordinary prescriptions, we will have the prescribed medication ready for you to collect.
PRE-ORDER MEDICATION
Apotheken Direkt makes it easy to pre-order medication. Thanks to our fast delivery routes, your medication will be ready for collection in no time! You can easily see the estimated pick-up time for each pre-order. When a pre-order is ready to be picked up, you will receive both an email and a notification on your smartphone, so you are always up to date.
DIGITAL LODGING CARD
Would you like to bring your pharmacy customer card digitally to your smartphone? No problem! All we need for this is your customer number, which you can read from your customer card in paper form, for example. You then enter the customer number in your user account and you can select the digital customer card in the app.
SEE STOCK LEVELS
In addition, Apotheken Direkt offers the opportunity to view the stock levels of medicines. This allows you to easily check whether a location has the medication you want in stock. Stock levels are updated several times an hour to keep you up to date.
