PRESCRIPTIONS - SCAN YOUR E-PRECIPTIONS WITH YOUR HEALTH CARD

Simply hold your health card to the device and you can view your stored e-prescriptions!

Alternatively, upload a photo of your paper prescription directly to the app. If necessary, we will order the prescribed medications. You will be notified as soon as all medications are available at the pharmacy. Please remember to bring the prescription with you when you pick up your order.

Have you received a new e-prescription as a paper printout and it is not on your health card? You can scan it directly in the app using the 2D code. Just like with regular prescriptions, we will have the prescribed medications ready for you to pick up.

ORDERING MEDICINES

Apotheken Direkt makes ordering medications easy. Thanks to our fast delivery routes, your medications will be ready for pickup in no time! You can easily view the estimated pickup time for each order. When an order is ready for pickup, you'll receive both an email and a notification on your smartphone, so you're always up to date.

DIGITAL CUSTOMER CARD

Would you like to transfer your pharmacy customer card digitally to your smartphone? No problem! All we need is your customer number, which you can find on your customer card, for example. Simply enter the customer number in your user account, and you'll be able to select the digital customer card in the app.

VIEW STOCK LEVELS

Apotheke Direkt also offers the option of viewing medication stock levels. This allows you to easily check whether a location has your desired medication in stock. Stock levels are updated several times an hour to keep you up to date.
