PRESCRIPTIONS - SCAN YOUR E-PRESCRIPTIONS WITH HEALTH CARD
It is now possible to scan your e-prescriptions using your health card!
Alternatively, upload a photo of your prescription directly to the app and complete the pre-order process and we will order the medication prescribed on it if necessary. As soon as we have all of the medications at the pharmacy, we will have them ready for you to pick up. Please remember to take the prescription with you when you pick it up.
Have you received a new e-prescription and it is not on your health card? You can then scan this directly into the app using the 2D code. As with regular prescriptions, we will have the prescribed medication ready for you to pick up.

PRE-ORDER MEDICATIONS
Pharmacy Direct makes it easy to pre-order medication. Thanks to our fast delivery routes, your medication will be ready for collection within a very short time! You can easily see the expected pickup time for each pre-order. When a pre-order is ready for pickup, you will receive both an email and a notification on your smartphone so that you are always up to date.
DIGITAL CUSTOMER CARD
Would you like to bring your pharmacy customer card digitally to your smartphone? No problem! All we need is your customer number, which you can read from your paper customer card, for example. You then enter the customer number in your user account and the digital customer card can then be selected for you in the app.
VIEW INVENTORY
In addition, Pharmacies Direct offers the opportunity to view medication stocks. This allows you to easily check whether a location has the medication you want in stock. Stock levels are updated several times an hour to keep you up to date.
