As a statutory health insurance provider, protecting your sensitive health data is our highest priority.
Therefore, secure identification is required after registration.
Request your activation code directly in your BAHN-BKK app or contact us.
Alternatively, you can also conveniently identify yourself using the online ID function (eID), ePassport, or your electronic health card and PIN.
Do you already have a user account for the BAHN-BKK ePA app? Then simply activate the BAHN-BKK app with your ePA app.
Technical Requirements:
o Android version 13 or higher
For added security, an integrity check is performed. Devices that fail the integrity check (for example, due to modified operating systems, routing, or outdated security updates on older devices) may not be supported.
BAHN-BKK uses current security standards to protect your data.
