Your direct line to the BGHM

If you want to communicate with the BGHM as an insured person, a seminar participant or a BGHM employee or as a pensioner, use the meineBGHM app.

insured
Whether after an accident at work, an accident on the way to work or an occupational illness: the “meineBGHM” app gives you round-the-clock access to your insured person’s file. You can view the insurance claims you have reported to the professional association for wood and metal, including the medical reports and expert opinions.

seminar participants
You can use the app to display your pending and completed seminar participation, submit your travel expenses or view the seminar results. The app also allows you to enter and change your address data and bank details.

employees and pensioners
As an active or retired employee of the BGHM, you can also use the "meineBGHM" app to submit applications for aid. In addition, employees can use the app to send certificates of incapacity for work or further training certificates, among other things.

Data security and data protection have top priority: all data is transmitted in encrypted form and cannot be viewed by others.

Change of master data
In the future, you can easily communicate your new postal address or bank details digitally.

Electronic correspondence
You can use this function to send and receive documents to and from the BGHM. You will always be notified by email when new documents arrive. You will of course continue to receive important notifications, such as notifications or hearings, which by law must be in writing.

Inspection of files for insured persons
Do you want to know which of your personal data is stored at the BGHM or whether the last doctor's report has already been received? The app "meineBGHM for insured persons" helps you to always be up to date.

Cash benefits for insured persons
You have the option of viewing existing standing orders and payments made. For example, you can find out whether your submitted travel expenses have already been paid.

Overview of seminar participation
You will receive all the information about your pending seminar participation: Dates, venues or letters of invitation, everything is included. You can also use the app to find the certificates of attendance and certificates as well as the results of the seminars you have already attended.

Travel expenses for seminar participants
After attending the seminar, you can submit your travel expenses electronically. You will also check your postal address and bank details and correct them if necessary.

Functions for active and retired employees of the BGHM

Important note

In order to be able to use the "meineBGHM" app, you need a user ID and a password for the "meineBGHM" online portal.

Insured: As soon as the BGHM becomes aware of your insured event, it will automatically send you an application with which you can apply to participate in meineBGHM. After the application signed by you has been received by the BGHM, your profile will be activated and you will be assigned an ID and a password. You will receive the password separately by mail.

Seminar participants will receive their access data with the seminar invitation.

BGHM employees and pensioners who want to use the "meineBGHM" app should contact the BGHM's aid office. There you will find all the information you need.
