Your direct line to BGHM


If you are an insured person, seminar participant, BGHM employee, or former BGHM employee and would like to communicate with BGHM, use the myBGHM app.

Insured Persons
Whether following a work-related accident, a commuting accident, or an occupational disease: The "myBGHM" app gives you 24/7 access to your insurance file. You can view your insurance claims reported to the Wood and Metal Trade Association, including medical reports and expert opinions.

Seminar Participants
You can use the app to view your pending and completed seminar participations, submit your travel expenses, or view seminar results. The app also allows you to enter and change your address and bank details.

Employees and Former Employees
As current or former BGHM employees, you can also use the "myBGHM" app to submit applications for benefits. Employees can also use the app to send certificates of incapacity for work or continuing education certificates, among other things.

Data security and data protection are our top priority: All data is transmitted encrypted and cannot be viewed by others.

Change of master data
You can now easily manage changes to your mailing address, telephone number, email address, or bank details digitally.

Electronic correspondence
With this function, you can send and receive documents to and from BGHM. You will always be notified by email when new documents arrive. Important notifications, such as notices or hearings, which are required by law to be in writing, will of course continue to be received by mail.

Access to files for insured persons
Would you like to know which of your personal data is stored at BGHM or whether the last medical report has already been received? The "meineBGHM" app helps you stay up to date.

Cash Benefits for Insured Persons
You have the option to view existing standing orders and payments made. This way, you can find out, for example, whether your submitted travel expenses have already been paid.

Seminar Attendance Overview
You will receive all information about your upcoming seminar attendance: dates, venues, and invitation letters—everything is included. The app also provides you with certificates of participation and the results of the seminars you have already attended.

Travel Expenses for Seminar Participants
After attending the seminar, you can submit your travel expenses electronically. You can also check your mailing address and bank details and correct them if necessary.

Account creation


To use the "meineBGHM" app, create an account in the app or portal.

After confirming and activating your email address, authenticate yourself as a company, seminar participant, or insured person.
