The offer and the design of the app are aimed primarily - but not exclusively - at senior citizens. For us, health is not just about being free from illness or ailments. Health also describes the state of complete physical, emotional and social well-being. We are thus following the definition of the World Health Organization.

How did the app come about?
The BiGeTA app (education, health and technical competence in old age) was created in the research project of the same name, which is funded by the state of Saxony-Anhalt and the European Union and is located at the Magdeburg-Stendal University of Applied Sciences. One goal of the project was to create this app. For this reason the app is free of charge and without advertising!
Have fun downloading it and stay safe!
