Ratings and reviews

The app itself seems to be nice (usability,...). But, and this is why I rate with 1 star only, I was trying to get verified for 5 days in a row now. I tried at different times, in the morning, afternoon and evening, and I waited more than 10 minutes, but I never got connected to an agent. In my opinion this is not acceptable! Addendum Dec 22nd: today I was verified after waiting 80!!! minutes...

The app itself is simple to use. However, it lacks the option to automatically sell or buy crypto, based on price. Also, I'd like to see other crypto currencies there and maybe even an option to deposit and trade in US dollars directly, without having the pain of the Dollar-Euro conversion rate.

Great app to gentle introduce curious people to trade with cryptocurrency. Simple UI, pleasant UX, easy charting, great display of profits/losses (ofc only when their profits ;)), easy setup of price alerts and fast buy/sell. Tax report options and a filter-able ledger are also a benefit. Downsides are cumbersome access to spread. No option to export the transaction ledger (i.e. CSV), crashes sometimes when setting up alerts, but the biggest one is: no orders in advance, only live trading.
