Uploads don't work. Stuck at 'ihre daten werden verarbeitet' 'bitte haben sie einen augenblick geduld'. Tried around 10 times on mobile. Single files, multiple files doesnt matter. 1 upload worked for whatever reason. Same on a samsung tablet (2 tries). Also tried wlan and lte. Waited any time between minutes and an hour. Files between 200k and a few mb. Filetype pdf. App also has other annoyances like asking for permission but then not proceeding. impressum or datenschutz string missing. Ohboy

Ich erhalte den Fehler 'Error OTP Check" und kann keine Dokumente hochladen. Das macht die App damit leider unbrauchbar. Außerdem ist die App nicht in anderen Ländern verfügbar. Ich musste einen Weg finden, die App von der UK aus zu installieren. Wofür eine App, wenn man sie nur regional benutzen kann? Ich wollte die App installieren, damit ich keine Post über Grenzen verschicken muss.

Hallo! Das „OTP-Problem“ bedeutet, dass App und Server ein „One Time Password“ austauschen, welches auf Basis der Uhrzeit gebildet wird. Geht die Uhr am Smartphone falsch, führt das für gewöhnlich zu dieser Meldung. Wenn Sie das Smartphone auf deutsche Zeit umstellen und die App neu startet, wird der Upload funktionieren.
