With the Changers Fit App, workplace wellness and team building become a shared experience. Whether it’s counting steps, running, cycling, or commuting to work without a car, the app gets teams moving and makes shared progress visible.

Versatile team challenges:
Customizable competitions focused on steps, running, cycling, and active mobility help strengthen team spirit. Anyone traveling on foot, by bike, or by public transportation can see directly in the app how much CO₂ is calculated to be avoided compared with a comparable trip by car. The calculation is based on emission factors from the German Environment Agency.
Flexible tracking:
Participants can manually record their activities using GPS, connect with Apple Health or Health Connect, or use automatic mobility detection with MotionTag. The app can also connect with services such as Strava and wearables such as Fitbit or Garmin.
Gamification features:
Leaderboards, coins, awards, and nudging features help support motivation. Daily goals such as 10,000 steps make it easier to incorporate more movement into everyday life.
Rewards system:
Collected coins can be redeemed for rewards. Companies can offer their own incentives, such as vouchers or physical rewards, through the integrated marketplace.
Integration of CSR projects:
Companies can showcase social projects and support them through employee achievements. Automatic tree planting makes progress visible and helps build a stronger sense of community.
Customization:
The Changers Fit App is flexible and can be adapted to a company’s needs without additional software development. Content and features can be easily managed through the SaaS administration platform.
Battery performance:
The Changers App is designed to be particularly battery-efficient. However, battery usage is higher when GPS is enabled than during normal smartphone use.
Data privacy and security:
Data is hosted in Germany and processed in accordance with GDPR requirements. Requirements from works councils and staff councils in projects with German corporations have been incorporated directly into the software development process. These include participation without real names or company email addresses, as well as the option for users to delete their own account directly in the app at any time.
