About this app

The WattExtra charging app gives you quick and convenient access to the charging infrastructure for electric vehicles. You can use it to reach all charging stations of Bocholt's energy and water supply and also the charging stations of other partners - if they are connected via roaming.

You can see the locations of all available charging points on a clearly laid out map, so you can quickly and easily find a charging station near you. You will also find out whether the desired charging station is currently available and you can be navigated to it via the shortest route. The WattExtra charging app also shows you which prices are currently valid at the charging station and which plug type fits.
All these functions are available to you with a one-time registration in the app. The practical filter function also makes every search query easier. Simply save your personal favorite charging stations in your favorites list. In this way you always stay up to date with regard to availability.

You can access and manage your personal data and billing information in the app at any time. All charging processes you have carried out are saved in your user account and can be accessed at any time. Billing is conveniently carried out using a SEPA direct debit mandate. In addition, ongoing charging processes including electricity consumption and the costs associated with charging can be viewed live.

What’s new

Ladedetails werden korrekt angezeigt, auch bei kostenlosen Ladevorgängen. Zahlungsmethoden werden entsprechend der Konfiguration Ihres Betreibers angezeigt. Online abgeschlossene Verträge können jetzt direkt in der App über den Button „Vertrag widerrufen" innerhalb der gesetzlichen 14-tägigen Widerrufsfrist widerrufen werden. Demnächst: Zugriff auf Ihr Profil und alle Kontofunktionen ohne separaten Login.
