About this app

cowelio stands for charging solutions in the housing industry.

The cowelio app gives you quick and easy access to charging infrastructure for your electric vehicle. You can reach all cowelio charging stations, the charging stations of your landlord and the charging stations of our partners in the TankE network. The cowelio App gives you access to a variety of charging stations in the Rhineland, nationwide and throughout Germany.

With the help of the overview map you will quickly find a suitable charging station in your area. The overview map shows you all available charging points for you. These can be easily unlocked from the app. You will also see their current availability and you will receive information on possible disruptions.

You have the opportunity to navigate the shortest route to the charging station of your choice.

In addition, you will receive all information about the currently valid usage fees.

You can manage your personal data and billing information directly in the app. All loading processes will get into your personal user account; Billing is conveniently done via direct debit or credit card. In addition, past and currently running charging processes, including electricity purchases, meter readings and the costs associated with the load, can be viewed live.

Note: While using the app, you may receive partial emails / notifications from our IT system / backend "chargecloud". We use this as part of the cowelio network for the operation and billing of the charging infrastructure. The IT system and our app is provided by the company chargecloud GmbH.
