ePA

The electronic patient record (ePA) is a digital version of your health record. It consolidates medical information such as findings, doctor's letters, vaccination data, and medication plans in one place – securely, encrypted, and always accessible.

ePrescription

Manage your prescriptions with the ePrescription function: You can redeem ePrescriptions and get an overview of already redeemed and outstanding prescriptions. Using the integrated search function, you can find the nearest pharmacy directly within the app.

Requirements

• Insured person with Concordia
• Android 10 or higher with NFC capability and a compatible device
• No device with a modified operating system
