The Continentale BKK opens its insured with the app fast and easy ways to communicate with their health insurance. This includes a personal mailbox for privacy-compliant communication with the Continentale BKK. You can also send invoices, other receipts or incapacity certificates per click to the Continentale BKK via photo from the smartphone. If the master data changes, such as name, address or bank details, this can be updated by the insured person within a few seconds. If a confirmation for a new employer or a university is required, this can also be done with a click.
