I like your app, its practically the only one available for posting notifications to an android TV. I use it for my Home Automation and have Pushover send messages to my android tablet, running your app. That way I can see my Hubitat messages on the TV, and alert me with status updates (turn on fireplace, turn up the heater/AC, presence announcement and so on). However, recently, it stops working after receiving messages for a while, maybe the number of messages or perhaps the time running. I'm not able to pin it down as to the cause. All I know is that if I manually launch your app and do a test message, all the pushover messages start up again, until that magic time they stop working and I have to do it all over again. If you have any suggestions, that would be good, if you have a solution that would be great! ----------update--------- I did not notice the email address at the bottom of the page, however, thank you for providing it. I have sent more detail in an email now. UPDATE: I am very grateful and impressed by the time the developer of this App has taken to respond to my emails through support. This person demonstrates a sincere commitment and pride in their work. Based on the emails received and their content I have increased the rating to its maximum.

This was a great app until my cellphone updated to Android 11. While using Android 10, the notifications were immediately displayed on my Android TV as the notification came up on my phone. Ever since the upgrade, sometimes I have immediate notifications, sometimes up to a 30 minute delay in displaying the notifications, and sometimes notifications aren't displayed at all. My settings never had the energy settings enabled for this app. The problem still exists.

The app works 100 percent fine. As your phone receives messages delayed because of energy saving, my app can only forward the notification when it is available. Please read FAQ to disable energy management of your phone.

Have been using the paid for version for a couple of years now, upgraded my Android TV and the TV app no longer stays running in the background and quits, so notifications never come through until I load the TV app again, making it useless. Have checked with developer mode that apps are allowed to run and not being closed when leaving them, but nothing is set and my end to be making the Notification TV app quit, it just does on this newer Android TV version. Android TV OS Version: 11
