MyDATEV App – for Clients

The MyDATEV App connects you securely and conveniently with your tax advisor – anytime, anywhere. Communicate directly, exchange documents, and keep track of tasks and approvals – all centrally and securely in one app.

Requirements:

• DATEV account required
• Authentication with SmartLogin
• Use of MyDATEV communication (conversations, tasks, documents, and approvals)
• Setup and activation by your tax advisor required

Features:

Secure and easy login
Log in with your DATEV account and benefit from a high level of security.

Push notifications
Stay up-to-date on new and updated messages, tasks, and documents from your tax advisor.

Direct communication
Chat with your tax advisor about topics such as taxes, payroll, and accounting.

Complete tasks
Process tasks, keep track of deadlines, and collaborate efficiently with your tax advisor.

Grant approvals
Easily review documents and grant necessary approvals directly in the app.

Upload documents
Photograph and send receipts directly to DATEV applications such as DATEV My Taxes or DATEV Company Online.

Central access to the DATEV world
Securely access the MyDATEV portal and switch between familiar DATEV cloud applications. Please note that some applications, such as DATEV Company Online, are not yet fully optimized for mobile devices.
