It is particularly important to us that the app complements the BERGISCHEN service for you - and does not replace personal service. Neither today nor in the future. We are personally there for you in the usual quality. In the in-house telephone team as well as in the customer centers and, if desired, with our home visit service in your own four walls.
How to use the app
1. Download the free app here in the store.
2. As a customer, you will automatically receive the registration code by post.
3. Use the registration code together with the last 6 digits of the identification number of your health card for activation. You will find this number on the back of your health card in the lower left corner (point 8).
4. You successfully complete the registration with these two details. You can use the app immediately afterwards.
You can easily contact us e.g. B. Send an invoice using the app:
1. Open the app on your smartphone
2. Photograph the invoice
3. Submit - done!
This saves you time and effort. Practical for us too, because we receive your invoice directly digitally. And we save paper together - the environment is happy too!
