Terrible customer service experience. For the third time, my points were not added, even though I scanned the app and received the receipt through it. Then, I have been told to contact Payback to resolve the issue, which is very frustrating. I used and scanned the EDEKA App, hence, you need to find a solution. Also, it doesn’t make sense that I have to “select your market” every time I go shopping.

I especially hate having to change the store within the app when I'm shopping in a different place than the last time. Also I especially hate the mandate to update the app version right when I am at the cashier. What was the intention here - before I go out shopping, to prepare by updating the app version and updating the store, where I intend to shop before leaving home?

everything I visit a different edeka, I have to change my location in the app. else it doesn't scan at checkout. this is very cumbersome and unnecessary
