With the Meine energie-BKK app, you can handle your requests easily, securely, and on the go. Whether submitting invoices and certificates, reporting a change of address, or ordering a new health insurance card – everything works quickly, paperlessly, and accessibly – anytime, anywhere.

Secure and convenient:
The app is your personal key for secure login to the online service – with two-factor authentication and state-of-the-art encryption methods. After registering, you can easily log in using your fingerprint or facial recognition.
Who can use the app?
• All insured individuals aged 16 and over with a health insurance card and a current smartphone (Android 10 or higher).
Additionally:
• The smartphone must be protected with a screen lock (e.g., fingerprint or facial recognition).
• Chrome must be set as the default browser.
• The device must not be rooted.
• No custom ROMs may be installed.
Note: We deliberately chose the age restriction of 16 because identity verification via ID card is required to set up the online service. Our younger insured individuals can, of course, use the online service through their parents.
How to set up your new online service app:
To use the online service, you must register once. Download your new app and complete the registration process.
If you already use the "My energie-BKK ePA" app, simply log in with your existing user credentials. If you are creating a user account for the first time, please follow our step-by-step instructions:
