Contacting us is even easier with the “Meine energie-BKK” app. Submit invoices and certificates, report a move or a change of name, apply for a new insurance card - with our online service it's easy, quick and barrier-free - very conveniently at any time and from any place.

What is “My energie-BKK”?
It is your personal area where you can easily communicate with us. The app also serves as your personal key for secure login to your website. It is the guarantor for our two-factor authentication to ensure that your valuable health data is kept safe and secure.

What advantages does the online service offer?
- Use the practical scan function to conveniently send documents.
- Choose between callback service, chat, phone or email - you decide how to reach us.
- Save paper and time by dealing with your concerns quickly, easily and paperless via your app.
- Adjust the settings according to your needs, for example the font size.
- Conveniently deal with the concerns of your family insured children via your app.

Who can use the online service?
All insured persons over the age of 16 can use the online service if they have a health card and a smartphone with a current operating system (Android 9 or higher). Your smartphone must also be protected by a screen lock, for example fingerprint or face recognition (biometric).

Note: We deliberately opted for an age limit of 16 years or more, since an identity check using an ID card is required to set up the online service. Our younger insured can of course use the online service through their parents.

Other technical requirements:
1. Chrome as default web browser
2. No rooted device
3. No custom ROMs

To set up your new online service app:
In order to be able to use the online service, you have to register once. Download your new app and go through the registration process.
If you are already using the "Meine energie-BKK ePA" app, simply log in with your existing user data. If you are creating a user account for the first time, follow our step-by-step instructions:

After successful registration, you can easily log in to your app with your fingerprint or face recognition.

It doesn't matter which services you use in the "Meine energie-BKK" app/web or what personal data you store there: your data remains protected through secure transmission and encryption techniques.
