The columbus App is the perfect companion for everyone who uses columbus cleaning machines every day. It enables the complete and at the same time effortless recording of machine data via QR code, as well as the simple recording of operating hours. The Troubleshooting Wizard allows you to quickly and directly define faults and provide systematic help for automatic troubleshooting or a precise service request. The accessory finder helps you to find suitable accessories and wearing parts.
The columbus app also enables the administration of third-party products.
The relocation of a machine can be entered via a so-called relocation request. In addition, maintenance notifications can be sent via the app. The app significantly simplifies inventory work and forms the interface to the cmm machine manager, which makes intelligent fleet management even easier.
