Awful app. I'd get rid of it but not for the cost to change my home alarm over to anothersystem. The app takes so long to load. it's quicker to go downstairs and switch the alarm of manually.

app keeps disconnecting from alarm, every day, even when at home all day with excellent internet. i have to log out and back in several times a day to stay connected

Functionality is probably a 4, intuitiveness is a 1, better than the last version is a 5, however reaction time on this current version (April 2026) is a 1. it's so incredibly slow to fully open and connect that it's beyond ridiculous. it used to be very responsive. the automatic bypass of non-recognized sensors (not functional for any number of reasons) is actually a 5, huge improvement over the last version. It's really just painfully slow.
