Nexo transforms the data from your Nexo Performance Band into a clear answer, not just a wall of numbers.

A MORNING VIEW
BioPulse shows you in two seconds how ready you are today. It's calculated from your nighttime resting heart rate compared to your own baseline and your sleep duration. Below, you'll see what factors were considered today.

Against Yourself, Not Against an Average
Each value is measured against your own baseline. This baseline develops over the first few nights, and you can see its progress at any time.

24/7 HEART RATE
Daily heart rate profile, nighttime resting heart rate, and live heart rate. During sleep, it's almost as precise as an ECG chest strap: In a comparison with a Polar H9 during the night, the band accurately reflects your heart rate on average.

SLEEP
Light, deep, and REM sleep phases in the hypnogram, sleep duration, regularity, and a sleep score with transparent calculations.

STRENGTH AND TRAINING
Your heart rate is used to calculate your daily and training load. Workouts with heart rate zones and GPS tracking via your smartphone.

HEALTH
Resting heart rate, HRV, oxygen saturation, stress, and a blood pressure estimate, which becomes more accurate when calibrated with an upper arm blood pressure monitor over several weeks.

NEXO AGE
Your estimated age. Based on your VO₂max estimate, plus resting heart rate, sleep patterns, and daily steps. Updated weekly.

HEALTH CONNECT
Steps, sleep, heart rate, resting heart rate, workouts, and other data can be automatically synced to Health Connect and from there to other health apps like Samsung Health.

WHAT YOU OWN
No subscription. All features are included with the band, permanently.

Your data is processed on your device. An account with data backup on servers in the EU is optional and can be deleted at any time within the app.

Nexo is not a medical device. All values ​​are for your well-being and show trends over time; they do not replace a medical diagnosis. Blood pressure, VO₂max, and Nexo Age are estimates. A Nexo Performance Band is required for use.
